So Here is an institution, that for better or worse is British. This has been with us for hundreds of years and has so many hang ups, but we still drink it by the tea chest, although things have changed some what... As the tradition goes This is a combination of fine leaved Indian Assam Pekoe Fannings that bring a unique body , Sri-Lankan Broken Orange Pekoes, that bring depth and sweetness and some Kenyan BOP for quick colour and balance.

As a tea, English, Welsh, Scottish or Irish Breakfast should be full flavoured enough to drink all day, there are times when a quick dark morning tea fix that only can be filled by either the body of our Breakfast Tea or straight Keemun.

For many people they follow the recipe of 14g of tea per litre of dark/ black tea. This a tea that needs boiling water and a warmed pot.

Adjust it. 10g or 12g tea per litre.
3 minute steep or 4 minute steep.
Pour two cups and measure a small amount of milk into one to test. Play...make it your way, the way YOU like it.
