Here at Rockt Tea we love the simple things in life, so long as the simple things are very, very good - and this English Afternoon tea is certainly that. This is a skilful blend of tippy BOP teas from Darjeeling, Kenya and Ceylon, resulting in a very well-structured tea with considerable suppleness and sophistication. Delicious on its own or as the perfect partner to scones and jam, this is a tea to relax with and savour.

The different teas from the three different countries work well together. The Darjeeling gives the tea balance and sophistication with its elegant woody notes. The Kenya adds brightness and colour, and the wonderful body and flavour comes from the Kenya. Slightly more subtle and mellow than English Breakfast, this is a luxury you can afford to treat yourself to every day.

To enjoy at its best put one teaspoon per person in a warmed pot and add fresh, boiling water. Allow to brew for 4 minutes then strain into cups or mugs. Our English Afternoon is probably best drunk with a little milk/sugar, but try it with a slice of lemon if you prefer.
